Solid read all around. Once the book hit page 7, I was effectively hooked.This book has a little piece of all my personal favorite fantasy books wrapped all under 1 title. What is beautifully done is the fact that this book is age blind, Doesn't matter how young or old you are, it's still very enjoyable. Kudos for the use of colorful grammar and I can't wait for the next book.
The Vessel is wonderfully written story filled with details so vivid and sharp you are drawn in from the start. Realism seamlessly mixed with fantasy makes this book hard to put down. There is a deep connection to the issues of today's world even though this author is taking you on a magical jouney. Ready for Book 2!
