There are some things I enjoyed and some things I didnt. It was action packed. A few things I had issues but didnt really take away from the book but are worth mentioning I think. The love scene they first had was a little weird. She called him "sweet thing" and that just seemed out of the blue and didnt fit her personality. I also thought Estee was a little selfish with the reasoning of her actions. She stole a little tiger because it happened to be her mothers who died years ago. Her father sold it because he didnt want the reminder and she freaked when she saw it at this guys house who happens to be a powerful person. So...what she thought she'd steal from a billionaire cause she didnt like him? I mean turned out something was in it more valuable but that was besides the point. There were times I just thought really? Thats what she was hiding and lying about? Seemed over the top. There were times I loved her character and other times I was like what? Dascha was hot and cold for me. He did a lot of complaining especially toward the beginning. He wasnt very nice to her.
As a whole enjoyed it but I guess the characteristics were flawed sometimes and I was frustrated with how they were written once or twice.

Good Golly Miss Molly! I'm so excited that I can hardly stand myself right now! We finally have a new release in Carina Wilder's fabulously fun Wolf Rock Shifters Series and I am beyond thrilled! I fell in love with this series last year when I read the first book of the series, Winning the Alpha and if you haven't read it, then you've missed a real treat! It's about a reality TV show where a good looking guy is looking for a girl! I know, right? So totally like The Bachelor! Well, sort of like The Bachelor, only this bachelor is an alpha shifter and he wants a mate. But I digress, I'm writing this review to tell you about this book, Alpha's Hunt, the fifth book in this exciting series. The story is exciting, humorous, smart, sassy, action packed, suspenseful, romantic and filled to the brim with danger, adventure, thrills, chills and unexpected love. I loved it! The story is well written in the third person with multiple points of view and flows effortlessly. The characters are captivating, fascinating, intriguing, engaging, endearing, sexy as sin and at times, laugh out loud funny. Carina skillfully combines these elements as only she can into a deliciously cute and delightfully entertaining paranormal romance that will leave you totally breathless! I don't know if you've ever seen the movie, It's a Mad, Mad World with Spencer Tracey, but for some reason this book reminds me of this movie! It's a wild and merry chase!
Wolf shifter Dasha feels like a total failure. He's let his alpha down, his pack down and worst of all, he's let himself down. Now he has to prove himself to his Alpha Tristan and the pack, and this mission is the first step in accomplishing his goal. Easy, right? Not so much! He has to survive the plane trip to London first and that's proving to be difficult indeed, especially for a wolf shifter. First, Estee, like her sister, is a rare white tiger shifter and may be a little hard to handle. Second, he has to find her. She's missing! Oh no! And third, once he does find her, get her out of the trouble in which she's managed to involve herself. Oh my goodness! You see, Estee has managed to antagonize and alienate a very powerful and wealthy man by the name of Grendel who is the head of "The Syndicate" in England. And he wants Estee and the object she's stolen from him back - immediately! And he's not above killing anyone who gets in his way - including Dasha! Oh my goodness! Thankfully, Dasha finds Estee in Paris but there's another little problem! She's his mate! What? Yep, that certainly complicates Dasha's mission! So, what's a wolf to do? Why fight an alpha wolf, defeat the enemy, rescue the girl and claim the tiger, of course! Or maybe, the girl will rescue Dascha and the tiger will claim him! Oh my! So, buckle up my lovelies! It's one heck of a wild and rowdy ride! Deliciously cute, completely captivating and delightfully entertaining!!!
